North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has integrated its AgentLink platform with TSS Software’s TitleExpress®, allowing users to request NATIC policy jackets and closing protection letters directly from a TitleExpress order.
“Our agents look for solutions where all their vendor systems ‘talk’ to each other, and they prefer to work in one system to do the entire real estate transaction,” said Emilio Fernandez, NATIC president. “They call on us to continue to make that experience more efficient. We’re delivering on that, both with increased automation and periodic enhancements, and we’re able to respond quickly to effect these changes.
“Because so many of our agents are on TitleExpress, this integration will instantly help a large segment of them work smarter and faster,” he added. “Our ultimate goal is to be the easiest underwriter to work with because we are always looking to make our agents’ lives better.”
AgentLink is NATIC’s portal for its independent agents, offering direct and immediate access to NATIC applications, underwriting resources, forms and more.
