NATIC hires Marcus to nurture affiliated title agency relationships

MIAMI – February 17, 2021 – North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC) has added Sarah Marcus as agency relationship manager for its affiliated title companies, Lennar Title and North American Title Company. In this role, Marcus provides ongoing support and training for NATIC’s affiliates, optimizing their use of underwriter platforms and tools as well as title production systems, and fostering relationships with their mortgage and real estate customers. She also offers new associate onboarding and assists with title policy and closing protection letter production and reporting.
 
“Sarah’s background in working with both title companies and real estate agents will enable her to work closely with our affiliates and their customers,” said Donna Anderson, NATIC’s assistant vice president and agency development manager. “She is engaging, a great listener, sociable and energetic. She will be a tremendous support and implement tools and ideas that help NATIC affiliates excel.”
 
Marcus brings to NATIC several years of experience in the title insurance industry. Most recently, she served as executive sales representative for a large, California-based title agency, where she cultivated and nurtured relationships with buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate professionals. She also previously served as account manager for HomeGuard Inc., California’s largest home inspection company, and as an administrator for a commercial construction company.
