DENVER – March 12, 2018 – A wide range of education and networking sessions – including a first-ever builder panel – will be featured at the second-annual New Construction Summit: Creating Inventory in 2018. Held at Denver’s Mile High Station on April 10, the event is presented by Canyon Title and co-sponsored by one of its underwriters, North American Title Insurance Co. (NATIC).
“There is an incredible shortage of housing inventory in the Denver Metro market, both in the single-family and multifamily segments,” said Robert Lindley, Canyon Title CEO. “This ecosystem event creates the perfect venue to learn about the latest trends in residential new construction and deepen business opportunities by forming partnerships to better serve our hungry home buying community. Experts in the home building, real estate and construction lending industries will discuss how to overcome those inventory challenges, and we invite all those parties that can help address this problem.”
Last year’s inaugural event attracted 240 attendees, and Canyon Title expects over 400 attendees at this year’s event. There will be a lender panel discussing the latest residential and commercial lending products. In addition, a veteran real estate broker will take an inside look at builder contracts and a panel hosting five builders from different market segments will share current projects, outlook and needs.
Other discussion topics at the session will include: skyrocketing construction labor costs, handling bidding wars, and building relationships across various business communities.
Real estate agents and brokers, lenders, homebuilders, developers and other real estate professionals are invited to attend this free event. It will be held on April 10 from 12:30 to 6:30 p.m., at Mile High Station, 2027 Old West Colfax Ave., Denver, CO 80204. Registration is open at
