Merger of Two Underwriters Creates an Even Better North American

As many in the industry have been anticipating, the management team at North American Title Insurance Company has been working tirelessly for some time on the merger with its parent's, North American Title Group, Inc. ("NATG"), other title underwriter. We are please to announce that effective January 1, 2007, NATG's east coast underwriter, North American Title Insurance Corporation, merged with and into North American Title Insurance Company. The merged underwriter will operate under the name of North American Title Insurance Company and continue to be managed in a similar manner with the same personnel. Although day-to-day operations will continue as usual, we do expect that this merger will enable the new North American to provide its agents with enhanced capabilities and services.
